Singula Health

Clinical AI ยท Pre-commercial

Two futures begin at the same primary care visit.

Most people with a mental health condition are seen first in primary care. Singula gives that clinician a structured psychiatric brief in the moment of the visit, so the person in the room gets a clearer path today. And because every visit adds to a longitudinal record psychiatry has never had at scale, the same work builds toward matching the right treatment to the right person tomorrow.

Why primary care is the place to start

Anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions most often surface first in primary care. That makes the primary care visit one of the most important moments in mental health, and one of the least supported. Clinicians there carry deep trust and reach; what they haven't had is a way to bring psychiatric depth into the minutes they have. Singula is built to put that within reach, standing beside the clinician's judgment rather than replacing it, so more people get a clearer picture at the visit they already attend.

Care now, and what it makes possible

Every visit that uses Singula does two things at once. It gives the clinician a clearer read on the person in front of them today. And it adds to a structured, longitudinal record of real-world mental health care that has never existed at this scale, the kind of evidence that can finally help match the right treatments to the right people, and bring new options to people who have waited a long time for them.

These aren't two separate efforts. Helping today's patient is exactly how the evidence for tomorrow's treatments gets built.

Led by a psychiatrist who has lived this problem

Singula is founded by Dr. Marc Lener, a board-certified psychiatrist and clinical researcher trained at NIH, the University of Pennsylvania, and Mount Sinai, who maintains a private psychiatric practice in New York City. He started Singula because he believes people with mental illness deserve better than the fragmented, too-late diagnoses the current system produces.

Where we are today

Singula is pre-commercial. We're validating our approach in early clinical pilots, and we're deliberate about the difference between what we're building and what we've proven. We do not yet offer a purchasable product. This website does not provide clinical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services, and it does not accept patient or research participant enrollment.
