This site collects business contact information through one form, and it collects nothing clinical.

The contact form
The form collects your name, email address, and optionally your organization, role, area of interest, and message. Submissions create or update a contact record in HubSpot and are used to respond to your inquiry and to understand which audiences the site reaches. A general inquiry does not enroll you in marketing email.
Health information
This form is for business, research, partnership, media, technical, and professional communication. Please do not submit personal medical information, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or treatment history. Singula does not provide clinical care or emergency services through this website, does not accept patient or research participant enrollment here, and this is not an appropriate place to store health information.
Analytics and cookies
Basic site analytics record which pages are visited and how visitors arrived. These are not used for advertising and are not sold.
Pilot study data
Data collected in Singula’s clinical pilots is governed by an approved research protocol, an institutional review board, informed consent, and business associate agreements with the participating sites. It is entirely separate from this website and never reaches it.
