This is a short summary for this early version of our site. It will be expanded, and reviewed by a privacy/legal advisor, before Singula's full site launches.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, organization and role (if given), your selected area of interest, and any message you include. We also record which page you came from, a referral or campaign tag, and the date of submission.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, personal medical information through this form.

How we use it

We use this information only to follow up on your inquiry: to understand why you're reaching out and to route it to the right person at Singula. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Where it's stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Singula's CRM system, used to manage business inquiries. Submitting this form does not create any clinical, medical, or research record, and does not enroll you as a patient or research participant.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit this site, we ask whether you're willing to allow analytics cookies. If you accept, we use them to understand things like how many people visit, which pages they come from, and whether the contact form gets used. If you decline, none of that runs, and you can still use every part of the site, including the contact form. You can change your answer at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell any data collected this way.
